Channeling Mercury! (3)
“Every atom in our bodies has passed through stars, meaning that we are literally made of stardust. For thousands of years, people have explored their emotional, physical, and spiritual links with the sky. These connections can be seen in many areas of life, from religion and creativity to politics and architecture.”

Prologue
This blog is part of a writing series on inner work, shadow awareness, and energetic homecoming. ✨💠
Astrology is my language here, but not my goal. I illustrate my conversations with cosmic forces through my birth chart—not as prediction, but as portal. To explain something. And just as much: to invite you in. 🌌
Reframing your inner story often begins with recognizing its outer manifestations. Our mind needs a contained circuit—an inner wholeness to move within—so we can touch the lighter parts of our darkness. Radical honesty, seen through gentle eyes. 🌗
My father used to say: “Through yourself, you come to know the world.” And he was right. 🚩
Astrology helps us recognize rhythm. Our inner players. Their sense of timing. The elements—the most basic building blocks in astrology—offer us a language to feel where things flow, where they snag, and where something screams for attention. 🔥🌱💠💧
But it’s shadow work itself—listening to and giving voice to what has never been voiced—that truly brings us home. To a lighter, more loving version of ourselves. 🕯️
With this series, I invite you to explore your inner story. To recognize the layers that no longer serve you. To bring your story back into proportion—not as judgment, but as liberation. So that what holds you back, can finally let you go. And you, like me, may linger more lightly on this Earth. 🚩🌍
Pssst: no prior knowledge of astrology required. Just willingness. Willingness to feel. To remember. To soften. 🌿
Everything I write, I share because I believe the act of sharing is already healing. Because I feel: if I show myself, a bridge arises—to you. To your ability to feel. Within yourself. In your own stories. About everything that’s never been said or has been held in for too long. 📩
Feel free to keep reading through the series. Or grab your own chart as a compass. Every step inward is an act of light. You are allowed to shine—even in your shadow. ✨🌓

Why channeling your Mercury?
Mercury came to visit me. In fact, he was warmly welcomed to show himself. 🌠
In astrology he stands for the way you think and speak. How you gather and synthesize information, and how you give expression to these things.
When we talk about astrological archetypes, we can’t skip Mercury—our mind-whisperer. This elusive planet represents how our mind is addressed by repeated thoughts and energies we pick up—anywhere. That picking-up can come from collective frequency streams. It could be the mood in “the other room,” literal or symbolic. It could be nourishing inner patterns or more destructive ones. ⛅️
Our mind, which regulates our thought processes, sorts them, and turns them into a narrative—linked to how we feel about everything—that’s the Mercury archetype: stream and memory, all at once. And that’s exactly why Mercury is the one we can turn to when we want to rewrite a memory or birth a new one. 🧠
Enjoy the dialogue. Want to create your own inner exchange with Mercury? Grab a pen and paper, settle into silence, and let it flow. Through Mercury, you can discover your self-assembled inner mantras. ✍️
WHEN YOU DON’T OBSERVE IT; YOU DON’T KNOW IT!
The purpose of this all: figuring out where your mind-whisperer serves you and where he boycotts you!!
Discovering the nature of your thought stream is essential if you want to truly know yourself.
Only when something becomes conscious, can it begin to change.
Our mind—the one that processes, filters, and turns thoughts into a storyline linked to our emotions—that’s the Mercury archetype: both stream and memory.
And that’s exactly why Mercury is the one we can turn to when we want to rewrite an old memory, give birth to a new one, or—as I mentioned before—when we want to get to know ourselves on a deeper level.
Would you like to meet your Mercury in this way?
To observe the patterns behind your thoughts and how they shape you?
Then grab a pen, find some silence, and let it flow.
Through Mercury, you’ll discover the mantras you’ve stitched together over time—
both the ones that uplift you and the ones that have thickened into denser clusters.

Channeling
example of a ☿ in Water:
Tini: You’re something else you know—you let me freely peep in several out-there worlds, ensuring me of my ‘understanding’ when I’m there, never feeling lost, always translating the vibes pretty correctly. But boy, when I’m ‘here,’ down on Earth, in company, in public, and even on my own: you don’t seem to loosen your grip of never-ending warning signs. That indoctrination from childhood: you don’t have to repeat it all the time!
Get some grip, will ya! You already have such an impact on me, why don’t you control yourself? Now I have to do that! Me, almost a Crone, and just learning—yes, I understand: you told me years ago in a fleeting message from elsewhere, with some quirky memory flash—” Meditation Tini, isn’t for relaxation, it’s just the result.”
But Mercury, if I have to focus, you will be caged! Big time so, I may add.
And you’re my friend too. Remember when I was a toddler, and you made me aware of the fact that first, my life would consist of having my children? And there would be ‘a’ man often in my life, but in essence, that wouldn’t matter so much. You hinted to me that I, as a Crone, would thrive.
Why announce it that way? You could have easily brought me the message: Enjoy the years of your life, and do not listen to the spirals I weave in your head. You had the opportunity to reach out to or breach me. Why didn’t you use other language?
Why were you so tricky to deal with?
Well, …?
What do you have to say for yourself?
Mercury: Haha, so now it’s me you question? Not yourself? I’m always close my luv, but it’s up to you becoming the royal queen. I’m just the voice of your own focused identity. I slip in through the cracks. Honey, you know this already! Yes, I bridge the doorways, and as you experienced, that can help. But I have no dominion over your Pisces-Scorpion soul. You like (!) to investigate and dive into it, and you’re kinda stubborn for a triple-water woman.
You wanted to experience everything yourself, for the feeding of that information to the invisible realms. And so you wrapped yourself in some impactful forgetfulness! Although I fed you lots of dots, you’re the connecter of those dots!
Luv, you wouldn’t have stayed your life course if I’d disclosed too much.
Concerning my shadow: my shadow is your shadow. We’re elusive, and we indulge when given the room and time. Tiny shadow travels are fun, aren’t they? And you learn a lot from them!
So what now? Are you’re gonna act all grown up? Too good for my whispers?
Tini: As a matter of fact, I’m doing it already. Haven’t you noticed? NO MORE SHAME—my mentor gave me that clue. And I’m unlocking the door to a different sort of beingness. I caught you several times already! You must have noticed!
Mercury: I did. So it’s feathers and light from now on?
Tini: Haha, don’t be stupid. There’s no such thing. But I’m growing up, M. Are you gonna reside from time to time bc otherwise, I have to turn to Venus so much, and although she’s as quick on her feet as you are, her messages are so much more subtle. I can’t stand her nagging me too much for softness. My Pisces already drown in it. No, I have to befriend Saturn. He’s not all that bad.
Mercury: Oh, boy: going for grumpy now? Can I just whisper: have some sense? It’ll be a steep road! Mister Time is unforgiving.
Tini: No, that’s a lie! How did you get on his strict side? Kronos is mild and righteous. But, M. Let’s cut the crap for now. I’ve got this enchanting music in my ears, and all we do is go back and forth. I’ve become tired of it. Let’s stay friends, but if your dark traits have to seek haven elsewhere, pls do so. I know, it’s a power too— that. Go wake up some other tiny essence. Nag her or him. It may even be an ‘it’. I don’t really care. What I do care about is my adulthood coming up. Time to take on the next level of responsibility: you and me both.
I promise I’ll be true to my liquid nature, surrender, and embody dancing this existence—the best I know how.
And you: you’ll visit still. Just visit. I will not keep adding everyone else’s responsibilities to my herd of tasks anymore. There’s a world to unpack from dictatorial veils if it has to have a chance. And your family of Stars told me: I have my role to play. So yes, to that hero’s path, tiny as may be, and away with recycling the old, we’re all in need of some refreshments!
Just hold my hand and write on it the symbols of ‘messenger’. For both, we are that.
Let’s go Beyond Mercury?

✧ Writing Exercise—meet your Mercury ✧
If you could speak directly to your thought machine—what would move through you?
What would be said?

What irritates you?
Where are your thoughts getting in your way?
Let’s find out. Here’s how:
- Gently disconnect from your surroundings
- Breathe slowly and evenly—let your system settle
- Choose 10 minutes of inspiring music
(Tip: the emotional tone of the music will influence your thought stream—choose wisely.) - Grab pen and paper
- Write—let it flow without censoring
- When you’re done, put it away and let it rest for two full days
- After two days, re-read what your Mercury shared with you
- Take in the gem 💎
- Work it. Let it transform you
✧ Mercury Channeling Practice (closing reflection) ✧
Up to 90% of human thoughts are not truly authentic.
And yet, authenticity is what we experience as light, as freedom, as joy.
It even carries a higher frequency than romantic love.
So how can we become more conscious of our thinking?
How can we tell if our thoughts are simply recycled—by ourselves or by external influences?
We think constantly,
as if our mind—the observer behind the observation—
is tuning into invisible radio signals.
Words are building blocks of meaning.
And the nature of that stream of mental building blocks
is deeply connected to the palette in your birth chart—
your unique Mercury bouquet.
The element of Mercury’s zodiac sign sets the tone:
WATER — your inner dialogue may be dreamy and sensitive, without boundaries. You connect everything to everything else through energetic detail. Non-verbal communication is your natural language.
AIR — your thinking is fast, maybe even too fast for others. You may grow impatient with slower minds and come across as a little too clever—but your curiosity is vast, and you know a lot.
EARTH — your mental process is slower, but grounded and thorough. You think like a dedicated student—one who rises above average through pure commitment and depth.
FIRE — you have strong opinions and may come off blunt or impulsive. But you are gifted with a charismatic spark that inspires others into action.
This is how Mercury gets “colored.”
His full flavor is further shaped by the specific zodiac sign he moves through in your chart—
and by the level of unconscious indoctrination you’ve received over time.

As soon as you ask a question—or make a statement—
the response begins to flow through your pen.
Because thinking isn’t a conscious act. It’s an automatic constant.
Our mind functions like a transmitter, continuously picking up signals.
We are not the thinkers—we are the witnesses of what is being thought.
But what if those thoughts aren’t even yours?
What if, through your inner essence—or through your own interference—
you’re tuning into the greater Mind?
The frequency field. The Matrix. The something that holds everything?
What if we knew that we have between 6,000 and 70,000 thoughts per day—
and that many of them resonate with others of their kind?
This is how we end up with thinking that thinks about thinking.
Hello, metacognition 😉
So what are the stories you keep telling yourself?
Which thoughts have repeated so often that they’ve formed patterns?
Once you see them, you can shift them.
What is truly liberating
is remembering: you are not your thoughts.
You are the one who observes them.
Activates them. Challenges them.
And that’s where the real key to freedom lies:
your inner observer is awake.
Let it take the wheel.
Give it the following prompt—
because just like AI, your mental algorithm can be rewritten.
Mercury always travels close to my Sun sign in the birth chart.
He embodies the stories I keep telling myself,
the repeating patterns,
the inner voices that inhabit my mental field.
What is Mercury telling me?
How does he speak through me?
Let me discover the nature of his voice—
so I can understand myself more deeply
as I reflect on this conversation.
Let me see how Mercury influences me.
What is the character of my inner Mercury?
And let him show me
how I can be more original,
more authentic,
more me.
Start the conversation. Ask him.
💎 Because algorithms can be rewritten.
✧ Note to the Reader ✧
Before I share any of my energetic practices with the world,
I always make sure they answer the following questions:
how – who – what – why – when.
If a practice satisfies my own need for self-exploration
and brings about tangible, nourishing results,
then—and only then—do I consider sharing it.
This practice (the how) is for seekers who wish to go deeper (the who)—
those who welcome self-inquiry and the creative play of energy work (the what),
because they recognize the value of authenticity as both outcome and guiding force (the why)
and are ready to engage their inner observer in the process of discovery (the when).
